Reputation

If you could anonymously and safely destroy any one person’s reputation online through various postings, would you? If so, who and why?

Anyone who knows me knows that I wouldn’t do this. No one deserves to have their life ruined online or otherwise.

I mean I let the guy who hurt me as a child go, saved his life even. And no one understood that. So no, I’d never do that. Never ruin someone’s life on purpose.

Now might I do it on accident – that is a yes. I’m impulsive, and I’m capable of being an asshole in the moment. Ask Alex!

Everyone deserves a second chance and to be loved. I bear no ill will towards anyone. Which is probably why I am who I am.

As a side note, I skipped two questions in the book.

  1. When I saw this question, my mind automatically started racing, trying to figure out who Nox would be willing to destroy like that. But I honestly couldn’t imagine him be willing to do that to anyone. Not even to people who totally deserve it, which is why Nox is totally awesome. ;)

As for my characters….Ambrose might do it, especially Ambrose in the beginning of my story, although it seems a little too underhanded for even him. If he’s going to say bad things about someone, he would do it over the phone or face-to-face. Besides, he has major technological problems. He’d probably write up a whole long gossip screed against someone (I’m guessing either Hildreth or Mark Caten) and wind up accidently deleting the whole thing or exiting out of the page without saving it. And he’d have to start all over again. He’d probably give up in frustration.
