Would you rather watch an Olympics that outlawed performance-enhancing drugs or one that embraced them and let athletes use medical pit crews to jack up their performances?
I’m not a big sports person so I really don’t care to watch either. But one is cheating, but if everyone is cheating it’s not cheating. Is it?

But in my world does this preclude say therians and vampires from competing? They have extraordinary strength. Venatori too. A supernatural Olympics could be fun. Though there would have to be some special cases and things and definitely no humans allowed.
Maybe that should be something I do in the future as a team building exercise sort of thing. I could just see it. A night time race so the vampires could run. Or play hockey. Total inclusion! But if it were total we’d have to allow humans too huh?

I can’t imagine wanting to watch an Olympics where that kind of cheating is allowed and encouraged. It would be disappointing and it would steal a lot from the perception of the athlete’s performance. The viewers would be like “Ehh. They only won because they were high on drugs. Bet they couldn’t do it again if they were clean.” There would also be so many people boycotting/protesting the Olympics. Viewership would drop tremendously.
On a side note, a supernatural Olympics would definitely be fun. I don’t think the vampires in my story would want to participate, but I can imagine my vampire hunters, especially Hildreth, getting hopelessly hooked on watching it. :lol:

I get the feeling that it would have to take a lot to make Nox watch sports. Like I’m not even sure what would motivate him to watch it. Even if Alex told him to watch it with him, I think Nox would be like “Okay, but I’m just gonna fall asleep on you. Fair warning.” :lol:

I’m trying to imagine Nox as a sports fan from the typical “I wear my team’s jersey” to the mad crazy “I paint my body my team’s colors! Wooooo!”. Both are so unlikely it’s actually funny. :lol:
