The God of Iron
Rules: The Iron Veil
To most mortals living today, The God of Iron is just "God". In the beginning there was only darkness, and in seven days he created the world.
We all know the stories. There are many, but there is only one god — The God of Iron
The Creation Myth
Ferrum, the god of iron, is the eldest son of Garos, the god of war and Lyra, the goddess of love. He created his own realm ruled by neither magic nor war, though both his grandparents and parents stuck their fingers in his little pie in the sky and all those things existed, though Aethel only gave his creations the magic of science.
The creations of his little Iron Veil were fun at first, but then they killed his only son and Ferrum gave up on the world. Let it whither away and die right about the time his twin brother and sister, Sariya and Tenor were born.
Sariya, the goddess of whimsy and Tenor, the god of darkness were opposites from the beginning, and they had a terrible rivalry from the start. They both hijacked their older brothers world and built their own on top of it. They were always trying to see who could do something better. Whose magic was better? Whose creatures were better.
Sariya thought it was all fun and games, but Tenor he took it too seriously and began a campaign to take over the Iron Veil. Sariya wanted little to do with his infiltration, but Aethel, had other thoughts and on her granddaughter's behalf spoke to her husband, Kaelos and together than formed a plan.
Since Sariya didn't want to fight the war herself, they would give her little warriors who would. The called all the souls from the underworld to them. The best and the brightest minds of all lives here and now and into the future, and asked them to sacrifice themselves.
Many of them left unwilling to give up their next life. But those that remained Aethel stuck her hands in their middles and torn them asunder. Kaelos and Aethel gathered the half souls and combined them with other Aether and when those of the Gemini blood line were born singleton they sent a soul down to be born, and the other half to bind with them at their binding ceremony — reuniting themselves once again to be a power for the Wyld to fight against the Nether — without Sariya's knowledge.
They were not enough and Tenor was growing wild and manic. His control of his brother's forgotten world was almost complete — no one wanted to see the Iron Veil fall. Though Garos could really care less.
Garos sacrificed one of his warriors, Ravix. He was neither a leader, nor weakling. He was one of the finest warriors and loyal. He deserved a reward — even if that meant his capture by the other side. Ravix was taken in by the Refugees at Old New York, one of the strongest prison cities left fighting the Nether realms forces. There Ravix met a beautiful nurse who tended his wounds. Aura, was a one of the Gemini blood line. She possessed the soul of a future medic from a war yet to happen.
Ravix and Aura fell in love. Before Ravix was taken away and put on trial for his crimes against humanity, Aura became with child.
Kaelos stepped in and took one of the souls within her womb, leaving way for the singleton they were planting into the world to combat Tenor's ultimate reign.
The child was born on the Iron Veil — a thing that was never allowed by either side. Before the child's first birthday Aura spirted them away to the Wyld for their Convergence Ceremony where they would be united with their Soulmate.
They like their mother would be trained to fight the Nether, but no one new how powerful they could become because the gods had their fingers in this one little child.
