Today I added a list of yoga routines that can be done to help improve anxiety, depression, stress and a few for fun. But mostly self help type stuff. AJ’s daughter has been tasked with doing yoga everyday so AJ went looking for some that would help her. This is the list she came up with and I’m sharing it with you, and giving AJ a go to place to help her daughter out when needed.
