So I told you all about the app AJ used. Well it’s been cleaned up and it’s currently found at here for anyone to use.
It uses a series of Oracle and checks based on a Scene Status.
There are two tables, which basically are the same thing the oracle being a DC of 15. Ands always help you, and But’s should hinder you in some way.
The Scene Status is based on a similar mechanism to the Cypher System where the Status Target number (the DC) is 3 times the Status. The Scene Status is a 1d6 so the range is from 3 to 18.
| d20 | Result |
|---|---|
| 1 | Fail, and |
| 2 to DC-6 | Fail, but |
| DC-5 to DC-1 | Success, but |
| DC to DC+4 | Success |
| DC+5 + | Success, and |

If you give it a try and things are broken you can reply here and AJ will take a look or you can head on over to the Github Repo (the one icon that isn’t labeled) and leave an issue.
And here is an example of a scene setup AJ went through to play with the app.
