The nuance is the thing? Is that a quote?

Everyone has their nuances – their little quirks. Me? I have tons of little quirks both endearing and annoying. AJ has a whole list of quirks for me. You can find them at the world lore book for The Clandestine Providence. You can also find the link in the menu items as well.

I’ll list a few that I use regularly. I call women (and some men) Duckling. It started out as a First Age Nox being a jerk to women. Calling them Duckling implied he felt they were small, cute and required taking care of. For me, it is the same typical insult – but it’s m ore to the fact that I don’t really want to get to know your name, so I call a girl Duckling so I don’t have to remember it. I’m not a big name shouter in bed, so I don’t typically have the problem of saying the wrong name then. Thank god.

The next biggest quirk is I always wear sleeves unless I’m overly rushed or in safe company. I typically try to wear a hoodie – sweat-shirt with a hood and long sleeves typically warn in the winter. It can be a pull over with the kangaroo pocket or a zip up, either way I’m alright. If I have to dress up I always were a long sleeve button up shirt over t-shirt. I do this to prevent accidental touching of my back. It gives a second layer of protection against someone making me freak out.

You can check out a few other quirks – and all about me actually in terms of AJ’s notes on me in the lore book.

My name is Nox Sétanta. I am first and foremost a fictional character escaped from the mind of my creator AJ. In layman's terms I'm a magic wielding monster hunter born to my human mother and my Venatori father.
